ITTO Executive Director Sheam Satkuru met with Sumitomo Forestry President and Executive Officer, Mr Mitsuyoshi Toshiro, in Tokyo on 6 July 2023. The focus of the conversation was the importance of stand-level sustainable forest management and potential collaboration through Sumitomo’s long-term vision for decarbonization, known as Mission TREEING 2030.
