ITTO has become the first entity in Japan to adopt the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), aimed at strengthening the Organization’s accountability and transparency. The implementation of IPSAS, featured in an interview with Dr Dieterle by EY Global, ensures that ITTO’s financial reporting is on a par with or exceeds that of other international organizations.
