Forest value chains can contribute to many of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including by creating jobs, empowering women and helping mitigate climate change, according to experts speaking at an ITTO technical session on 1 October 2019 during the XXV IUFRO World Congress in Curitiba, Brazil.
