Tropical Forest Fire Prevention for Integrated Fire Management: From Guidelines to Best Practices

This workshop aims to foster knowledge exchange among stakeholders and identify effective strategies for tropical forest fire prevention and management. It includes a keynote presentation on global guidelines for tropical forest fires, including best practices for integrated fire management. The workshop will also highlight key programmes in Ghana, Indonesia and Peru, with a focus on engaging local communities and women in fire prevention efforts.
