ITTO at XXV IUFRO World Congress

ITTO will host the technical session “Global green supply chains as a driver for sustainable forest management in the tropics” on Tuesday 1 October 2019 from 8:30–10:30 hrs. The session will highlight the importance of legal and sustainable wood product supply chains as a market approach that could promote sustainable forest management, increase legality, incentivize good governance, ensure efficiency, best practices and transparency at every “link” in the chain—in the forest, on the log truck, in the mill, on the ship and in the showroom.
Speakers will present recent experiences at various links on both sides of the supply chain. For more details on the technical session click here.
