ITTO Executive Director Sheam Satkuru received a courtesy call from Jun Shimmi, Commissioner of GREEN x EXPO 2027, on 13 April 2026.

Ms Satkuru expressed ITTO’s excitement for the GREEN x EXPO 2027 and outlined the Organization’s planned activities for the event. In response, Mr Shimmi thanked ITTO for becoming the first international organization to sign an official participation contract for GREEN x EXPO 2027.
As the only international organization headquartered in Yokohama, ITTO’s active participation in GREEN x EXPO 2027 represents its continued commitment to engage with Yokohama City, the local community, and the wider public.
GREEN x EXPO 2027 is taking place in Yokohama from March to September 2027.
