In October 2011, representatives of the International Tropical Timber Organisation (ITTO), the Montréal Process, and Forest Europe will meet in Victoria, Canada for a special joint workshop of criteria and indicators (C&I) processes. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the 22nd Meeting of the Montréal Process Working Group (MPWG) on Criteria and Indicators for the Conservation and Sustainable Management of Temperate and Boreal Forests. The theme of the event will be: “Preparing for the Rio+20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development”.
