Timeline

The schedule of the 2023 Autumn Cycle of the ITTO Fellowship Programme and the Call for Application is open from 17 July 2023 and the deadline for receipt of applications is 1 September 2023 at 5:00pm (Japan Standard Time). The fellowship applications received by the deadline will be assessed by the Fellowship Selection Panel members in line with the ITTO selection procedures. The final selection will be made during the 59th ITTC Session (13-17 November 2023, Pattaya, Thailand) and the results will be posted on the ITTO website around 25 November 2023. 22 September 2023	Deadline for receipt of pre-selected applications by the Secretariat for compilation
13 October 2023	List of pre-selected/eligible applications sent to the Fellowship Selection Panel members and ITTC-Vice-Chairperson
3 November 2023	Deadline for the final selection of fellowship applications by the panel (Final list)
13-17 November 2023	Final selection of fellowship awardees by the Panel during the 59th ITTC Session
25 November 2023	The list of successful fellows to be posted on the ITTO website
